What comes with my purchase?

All prints include a 3”x5” print of the artist’s statement that pertains to each piece, as well as a hand written thank you note. The artist’s statements and thank you notes are each printed on lustre photo paper.

What is the turn around time?

Due to current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, production times may be slower than anticipated as production times of printers, suppliers, and shippers may be delayed. Everyone is working hard to get things out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience & understanding during this unusual time.

Production time for prints is typically 7-14 business days (Monday - Friday). As a small business, I order prints based on purchases. I place orders for purchased prints every Wednesday. Prints are typically shipped out by the following Wednesday. I am so grateful that you have chosen to shop small and purchase my artwork. I will work as quickly as I can to get it to you! Thank you for your patience!

How long will my artwork take to ship?

Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. You can expect to see your package 2-5 days after you receive your shipping confirmation.

International orders are shipped via USPS First class mail and estimate to take around 15 business days.

I do not provide tracking for most prints, in an effort to keep shipping costs low. If you have a question about the status of your order, I can check for you! Please send me an email at nataliejeanneart@gmail.com.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices per country are as follows:

U.S.A - $5.00

Canada & Mexico - $20.00

All other international shipments - $25.00

Do you ship internationally?

I currently ship internationally via USPS First Class Mail. International buyers are responsible for all custom fees and clearances. I am also offering other options for my international buyers in order to avoid shipping costs and custom fees. Please contact me for more details if you’re interested!

What is my artwork packaged in?

All prints are placed in a clear cellophane bag with a sheet of tissue paper protecting the printed side of the image.

8x10 prints and smaller:

Your prints will be packaged carefully in a stay flat cardboard mailer with a sturdy cardboard insert inside as well to prevent bends and damages to your purchase. I also place “do not bend” stickers on the outside of each package to ensure your orders arrive perfect & ready to frame!

Prints 11x14 and larger:

Your prints will be gently rolled and packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube to keep your purchase safe during shipping. To flatten your artwork I recommend finding a clean flat surface, laying your artwork face down on top of the tissue paper included in packaging to keep it clean, and placing a heavy book or object on each corner. Let it sit for 24 hours.

What is my artwork printed on?

My goal is to bring you beautiful, high quality prints that will last! All prints are Giclée archival prints, which means they are printed in full, beautiful color and made to last for 100 years without fading. All prints are printed on 250 gsm, smooth textured,100% cotton rag, natural white, oba free Fine Art Paper. It is a natural white, smooth textured paper.

All Prints are printed at the selected size with an additional one inch white boarder surrounding the printed surface to provide space for framing.

Can I cancel or return my order?

As a small shop, I will do my best to process cancelations and returns of damaged orders only.

Cancellations:

I order prints on a weekly basis as they are purchased. Your cancellation request will be honored if it is received prior to my order for prints is placed (orders are placed on Wednesdays).

Returning damage orders:

If your purchase arrives damaged and you wish to return and replace it, please send me an email at nataliejeanneart@gmail.com with a picture and description of the damage. I will send you a return label so that you can return your item. I will also send you a new print once your return is received.

I cannot process returns or replacements of international orders at this time. I apologize for the inconvinience.
