"Phases of The Mother" 13x13" Framed Canvas Print
In this Piece I have portrayed Heavenly Mother as the moon slowly coming out from behind the veil that shields her light, allowing Her light to shine in its fullness. The moon has many parallels with femininity and has been used as a symbol of The Divine Feminine, or Heavenly Mother. Understanding the symbolism that is used to reflect Heavenly Mother’s nature has been a huge tool that I have utilized in drawing closer to Her. The more I learn of Her, the more I feel Her presence and come to understand who She is.

STATMENT
"She rises at night
As mothers do
While eyes are shut
Watching us while we rest
Waxing and waning
Inching back Her veil
Exposing Her warm, gentle light
Letting us know
That She is always there
Even when She is new
And we cannot see Her face"
